iTechPro Academy From Academia to Industry. From Knowledge to Excellence.

iTechPro Academy equips university students and graduates with the technical expertise, soft skills, professional behaviour, practical experience and career readiness needed in a technology-driven workplace.

Four competency pillars

How the Academy works

  1. 01

    Baseline

Trainers assess where you start in each competency.

  2. 02

    Learning path

Programmes, practical exercises and mentoring chosen to close the gaps.

  3. 03

    Practice

Team projects and workplace simulations judged on the result and on how you worked.

  4. 04

    Reassessment

Your competencies are assessed again, with the evidence recorded.

  5. 05

    Credential

Academy certificates with a public verification link.

Every student can see the answers to four questions: what do I know, what can I actually do, how well do I work in a professional environment, and what do I need to improve.

Projects and innovation

Students and teams submit projects for review and mentoring; strong projects may be considered for pilots or sponsorship.

Mentors and industry partners

Practitioners can mentor students, review projects or offer real-world challenges and internships. Partners see student details only with the student's consent.

How outcomes are measured

We keep participation (applications, attendance) apart from measured learning (assessed competencies, completed programmes) and from career outcomes. Results and success stories are published only once they are verified.

Frequently asked questions

Who can join iTechPro Academy?
University students and recent graduates — either through a partner university or on their own.
Are Academy certificates accredited qualifications?
No. They are issued by iTechPro Academy and can be verified online. They are not university degrees or accredited qualifications unless a programme says so explicitly.
Does attending a programme prove a skill?
No. Attendance is recorded separately. A competency counts as demonstrated only when a trainer assesses it against the rubric, with evidence.
Does submitting a project mean it will be sponsored?
No. Projects are reviewed by people at iTechPro. Mentoring, pilots or sponsorship are decided case by case, and a submission is not a promise of any of them.
How is my personal data used?
Only to run your application and training. Partner universities see their own students only, and industry partners never get your profile without your consent.
