TourID protects your Tourism Workers Database account with a 6-digit code that changes every 30 seconds. Install the app, pair it once with the web portal, and use the code each time you sign in.

Nine steps between the web portal and the app
01 · Web portal
Sign in to the web portal with your username and password.
02 · Web portal
The “Two-step verification setup” page opens. Leave it open.
03 · TourID app
Open TourID and sign in with the same username and password.
04 · TourID app
The “Pair device” screen starts a 5-minute timer.
05 · Web portal
Press “Refresh pairing status”, then “Continue to OTP setup”. A QR code appears.
06 · TourID app
Tap “Scan pairing code” and point the camera at the QR code.
07 · TourID app
Confirm with your face or fingerprint. A 6-digit code appears and changes every 30 seconds.
08 · Web portal
Type the code and press “Confirm and activate”.
09 · Web portal
Done: you go straight to the system dashboard.
Before you start
5 minutes
The pairing session ends after 5 minutes. If it does, start again from the app.
Same account
Use the same username and password in the app and on the web portal.
New code every 30 seconds
If the code is about to expire, wait for the next one and type that.
Keep the web page open
Don't close the setup page while you work on the phone.
